How much does a clean cost?
Pricing depends on your home size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and service type. Standard Cleans start from $120, Deep Cleans from $195, and Move In/Out from $245. Pick a service above to get your exact instant price — no phone call needed.
When am I charged?
You save your card when you book to reserve your spot, but you're not charged until the morning of your scheduled service. No deposit, no upfront payment.
Are your cleaners background-checked and insured?
Yes — every CleanTex team member passes a background check before entering a client's home. We're fully insured, so your home and belongings are protected on every visit.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Nope. Most clients leave a key or provide access instructions when booking. You'll get a text 24 hours before your appointment, and another when the team is on their way.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
